Delivery:
Most items should be with you in a couple of days but this will depend on the Royal Mail or courier. If nothing has arrived after 21 days then let me know and I will send a replacement.
When your trim arrives:
Please check your order is complete and intact immediately.
If you have any concerns then telephone me (01827 284 957 or 0781 392 5153).
Returns and Refunds:
I want you to be happy! If you change your mind and want to return your unused and undamaged trim then telephone me within 14 days (01827 284 957 or 0781 392 5153). We will agree the best way to return the items. Once the parts have arrived back here safely I will refund the full amount less the return shipping costs.

I take your privacy very seriously. I will not divulge personal details to any third party (I hate junk mail & spam!). I love receiving photos and emails about your cars and trim - I will always ask your permission before posting them on my website.

Shipping:
Small orders - Postal shipping:
I will email you when your order has been shipped. Small orders are sent by normal mail. This is an untracked service and takes up to 4 weeks from the posting date. Let me known if you want tracked postal or courier services.
Large order - Courier shipping
I will email you with the courier name and tracking number when you parcel has been shipped.
Customs Charges & Taxes:
Orders may be liable for customs, taxes and clearance charges. You, the customer, are responsible for paying these. The postal or courier company will contact you directly for payment.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THE PROGRESS OF YOUR PARCEL
Let me know immediately if your parcel is held for any reason. The courier should contact you by phone or email so CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTER in case a vital email has been stopped. If the courier does not hear from you within 48 hours then the parcel may be returned to me at very high costs. If this happens I reserve the right to cancel your order and reclaim the outward and return shipping costs & charges from your original payment. Any remaining money will be refunded to you. Over the past 15 years I have worked with customers and never needed to do this so please help me to keep up this excellent record.
Delivery:
Untracked postal services can be slow. If nothing has arrived after 28 days then let me know and I will send a replacement.
Tracked courier services vary depending on courier, destination and time of year e.g. Christmas.

Returns and Refunds - SMALL KITS
I want you to be happy! If you change your mind then you should contact me to arrange return your unused kits within 14 days (+44 1827 284 957). You will need to pay for the return of the items including any customs fees and charges.
Returns and Refunds - FINISHED TRIM BOARDS, SEAT COVERS & FOAMS
Finished trim boards, seat covers and foams are very expensive to ship around the world so please think very carefully before purchasing these items. I provide free samples of my materials to anywhere in the world.
If you change your mind then I will refund the cost of the trim BUT you will be responsible for all shipping costs (delivery and return) plus any customs fees and charges. I will refund the cost of the trim when I receive the items in good condition.
