The kneepads are surprisingly tricky to get right.

There are times when an extra hand or strong clip will help.

Tools and materials

Strong scissors or a sharp craft knife

Good quality solvent based contact adhesive (NOT spray glue)

Tips

Tip 1. Make sure the seam lies along the edge of the foam and the cut edges lie on top of the foam. This will give the neatest finish.
